Event Details
The modern world has bought us many benefits, but one of its downsides is that we are losing a sense of connection with nature. There is growing evidence to show that this has adverse effects on our physical, mental, spiritual and social wellbeing, and also makes us less capable of safeguarding the natural world.
By using a range of activities and practices, including mindfulness and bushcraft skills, it is possible to strengthen our connection to nature. Whatever our age, nature connection can help us to experience a deeper sense of purpose, wellbeing and vitality.
We are able to offer this workshop at a greatly reduced cost due to the generous grant from Dorenell Community Windfarm Fund. Members of the community, including Cabrach, Lumsden, Rhynie, Glass and Dufftown can book this event for just £10.00
