Lino Printing Cards Workshop with Hayley Anderson
Sunday 16th November 2025
10:00 AM – 1:00 PM | All materials and refreshments included

Get into the creative spirit this autumn with a relaxed and fun Lino Printing Cards Workshop led by printmaker Hayley Anderson of Buff and Blue Prints.

In this hands-on session, you’ll learn how to design, hand-draw, and carve your own lino stamp, which you’ll then use to print a set of beautiful, bespoke cards. Whether you’re crafting unique holiday greetings, thoughtful thank-you notes, or simply exploring a new creative skill, this workshop is a perfect introduction to lino printing.

With expert guidance in a friendly, supportive atmosphere, you’ll leave with a set of hand-printed cards and your own custom lino stamp to continue creating at home.

Spaces are limited to just 12 participants to ensure personal attention and a rich, enjoyable experience—early booking is recommended!

All tools, materials, tea, coffee, and snacks are included—just bring your imagination!

About the Tutor
Hayley Anderson is a visual artist whose practice centres around lino printing and paper cut techniques. Her striking three-dimensional paper installations are inspired by place, nature, and Scottish folklore—blending contemporary craft with traditional storytelling. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Art and Social Practice at UHI Shetland, Hayley’s work explores how art and heritage intersect to build community and cultural connection.
